When can I expect my order?
We are a small team, but rest assured, after a little turkey, we will work as quickly as possible to get your order out to you! Please allow up to 10 - 14 working days to receive your order. Due to high volumes of orders and processing times, we do not offer expedited service. We do ask customers to ensure their orders are correct to prevent shipping delays.
What is your Black Friday / Cyber Monday return policy?
All items bought in the Black Friday sale can be exchanged for another item or an online store credit within 10 days of receipt but you will not be refunded. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
How does your exchange policy work?
Should you purchase an incorrect style or size, please re-purchase your correct item and contact us to return your original order. This is the best way to secure your correct style as stock is known to sell out fast.
Can Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale be combined with other discounts?
Nope, sorry dude. The Sales can't be combined with other offers and can not be retroactively applied.

WRAY is an independent brand, producing contemporary designs in limited runs. On Black Friday our styles disappear fast. So if you've have had your eye on something special for a bit, act fast because when they're are gone, they're gone.
