Full-priced items are eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Items purchased with a discount code, promo code, or on sale, are only eligible to be returned for store credit or an exchange.

Exception: Full-priced items purchased with the Welcome discount code are eligible for a refund.

To start, enter your order information and select the reason you're returning by hovering over/tapping on the item you want to return and choosing from one of the following:

You can make an exchange for a different size by selecting "Exchange" or a different item by selecting "Find Something New".

You can opt for store credit/refund if you prefer by selecting "Return".

If your order is eligible for a refund, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days once your return is received. Please do not use the instant issued store credit if you would like a refund.

You'll be provided a return label on the Return Summary page.

All items must be unworn, with tags attached, and include the original packaging.

International Returns

We cannot provide return labels for International Returns at this time.

Once your return is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days from receiving the returned item.

All returns are subject to a $10 return shipping fee.

You will receive a notification via email when your return has been processed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If it has been longer than 30 days since your order was delivered or if your item does not meet our return requirements, please understand that we can not accept your return.
