All orders take 3-5 business days to ship from the store.

Express Shipping only affects the shipping timeframe (1-2 business days) and is in addition to the processing time. If you need your order quicker, please email customercare@wray.nyc and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout. If you don't see an option that suits you, send us an email at customercare@wray.nyc and we will give you a quote for even speedier shipping.

When choosing a shipping option, please keep in mind processing times (24-48 hours) in addition to the shipping speed.

Orders that have already started processing cannot be canceled. 

As long as your order has not started processing, we can add or remove items. 

Once an item is added, you will be sent an invoice. Please note that your full order will not ship until this invoice is paid. Please submit the invoice as soon as possible to prevent any shipping delays.

The best way to be notified when an item comes back in stock is to subscribe to re-stock notifications on the product's webpage.

No, you can only use one coupon code at a time.

Full-priced items are eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Items purchased with a discount code, promo code, or on sale, are only eligible to be returned for store credit or an exchange.

Exception: Full-priced items purchased with the Welcome discount code are eligible for a refund.

Items purchased online must be returned through our Return Portal.

There is a $4.99 return processing fee applied to all returns.

For Exchange select: "Exchange for something similar"
For Store Credit select: "Refund for Store Credit"

If the refund option is not available, your return is not eligible for a refund.

There is a $4.99 return processing fee applied to all returns.

Once your return is delivered, it will be processed within 14 business days from receiving the returned item.

You will receive a notification via email when your return has been processed.

For Missing, Delayed, Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:

WRAY is not responsible for packages that are delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. Once the package has been scanned, responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier. All shipments include a standard amount of insurance (usually $100).
If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If it has been longer than 30 days since your order was delivered or if your item does not meet our return requirements, please understand that we can not accept your return.
