We are open 9:30-5:30pm EST. All orders take 12-48 hours to process and ship. Most orders placed by noon EST during regular business hours will ship same day.
CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?
Sure thing! We offer Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery within the US) and Priority Mail Express (2 days within the US) at checkout. If you need your order faster than that, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you a quote for even speedier shipping.
I AM A NEW CUSTOMER CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
We offer a one time 15% discount for new customers, all you need to do is just subscribe to our newsletter. Once you’ve subscribed, you need to confirm your email address, and then you’ll receive the coupon code that you can use at checkout. Please note that we are unable to apply the code after you’ve placed your order!
THE ITEM I’D LIKE TO PURCHASE IS OUT OF STOCK IN MY SIZE. WILL THERE BE A RESTOCK?
We are sorry to hear that, but in this case, you can subscribe to the waitlist of the product in your size on the product’s page. If you do so, once we get it back in stock, you’ll be notified immediately via email. However we cannot promise it will come back.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMO CODE AT CHECKOUT?
No, you can only use one coupon code at a time.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
No problemo. Full priced items are eligible for a full refund within 10 days of delivery. Sale and items purchased with a promo code are eligible for exchanges or store credit within 10 days of delivery. Check out our full returns and exchanges policy page here.
HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE TO PROCESS?
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed in the same way as the original method of payment was made, within fourteen (14) days from receiving the returned item. We shall refund the original price that you have paid for when purchasing it. You will receive a notification when the return has been processed.

I’VE RECENTLY RETURNED AN ITEM. DO YOU REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
Delivery charges are nonrefundable. Also, in case you are not eligible for a free return, we are unable to cover the costs of the return.

I WANT TO PRE-ORDER A PIECE. HOW DOES THAT WORK?
Easy: if an item is listed as "pre-order" go ahead and check out normally and your item will ship to you on an extended timeline as listed on the product page. For instance, if it says item will ship in two to three weeks then, you guessed it, it will ship in two to three weeks. All other in-stock items in your order will ship right away at no additional charge.
