Shipping Rates

Processing Time - 3-5 store business days

Store business days are Tuesday - Friday. The store is closed on Monday.

Please note that cost of shipping, processing times, and shipping timelines cannot be guaranteed due to COVID-19's effect on the postal service and staffing. 

Placed an order for in-store pickup?
Please keep an eye on your email for a confirmation of when your order is ready for pickup. Orders cannot be picked up before this email is sent.
If you are unsure if your order is ready, please email customercare@wray.nyc to confirm. 

Domestic (US):

Standard Order 
$9 USPS/UPS (2-4 business days) + processing time

Express Order 
$25 USPS/UPS (1-2 business days) + processing time 

Canada:

Standard Order under $250
$16 USPS (5-10 business days) + processing time

Express Order
$25 USPS (3-5 business days) + processing time

Rest of World:

Standard Order under $250
$25 USPS/UPS (6-10 business days) + processing time
Standard Order over $250
$18 USPS/UPS (6-10 business days) + processing time

Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address.
We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. 

WRAY is not responsible for packages that are delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen. Once the package has been scanned, responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier. All shipments include a standard amount of insurance (usually $100).
If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier.

International Shipping Policies

Orders have a 3-5 business day processing time from the store. 
Orders are shipped on business days, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
International orders require a verified billing address and phone number.
We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.  

Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country.
We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The mail courier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs.

WRAY is not responsible for these charges.
Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is unclaimed, you may have to pay a handling fee.

Unclaimed/Returned/Wrong Address Packages

For packages that are refused or not claimed within 14 days, WRAY reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies administrative costs. If the package must be re-shipped, the shipping cost is the full responsibility of the customer. 
If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect, the responsibility lies with the customer to ensure shipping information is accurate. WRAY is not responsible for packages routed to an address that was incorrectly entered at checkout. No refunds, store credit, or replacements will be issued.
