Shipping Policies
Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address.
International orders require a verified billing address and phone number.
We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.
Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The mail courier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs. WRAY is not responsible for these charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.If a package is unclaimed, you may have to pay a handling fee.
WRAY is not responsible for packages that are delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen. Once the package has been scanned, responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier. All shipments include a standard amount of insurance (usually $100). If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier. If a package is marked as delivered and verified as delivered with GPS verification with the courier, WRAY cannot replace or refund the order.
Unclaimed/Returned/Wrong Address Packages
For packages that are refused or not claimed within 14 days, WRAY reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies administrative costs. If the package must be re-shipped, the shipping cost is the full responsibility of the customer.
If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect, the responsibility lies with the customer to ensure shipping information is accurate. WRAY is not responsible for packages routed to an address that was incorrectly entered at checkout. No refunds, store credit, or replacements will be issued.
