Shipping Policy

WRAY offers free standard shipping on all domestic US orders and a discounted, flat rate of $10 for shipments to Canada. 

All orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday) excluding holidays. 

Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address; we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. WRAY reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet these conditions. 

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Orders are processed in 1 - 2 business days. Once processed, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number.

*WRAY is not responsible for packages delayed or lost in transit. Once the package has been scanned, responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier. If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier that has been provided to you directly. 


International Shipping

International orders require a verified billing address and phone number. We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.  

*Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs. WRAY is not responsible for these charges.

If returning a good internationally, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any Customs charges or delivery delays. WRAY is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is unclaimed, you may have to pay a handling fee. 


Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, WRAY  reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
