Canada:

Domestic Shipping Policies

All orders have a 24-48 business hour processing time.
Orders are shipped on business days, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. 
Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address.
We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. 

WRAY is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen in transit. Once the package has been scanned, responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier. All shipments include a standard amount of insurance (usually $100).

International Shipping Policies

All orders have a 24-48 business hour processing time.
Orders are shipped on business days, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
International orders require a verified billing address and phone number.
We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.  

Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country.
We estimate the value to be between 25-40% of the amount paid for the item(s) ordered. The mail courier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs.

WRAY is not responsible for these charges.
Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is unclaimed, you may have to pay a handling fee.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are refused or not claimed within 14 days, WRAY reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies administrative costs. If the package must be re-shipped, the shipping cost is the full responsibility of the customer.
