RETURNS:

To initiate a return contact us at info@wray.nyc with your order number.

WRAY will accept your full priced return if mailed within 10 days of delivery.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for one exchanges or store credit within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges are final sale. Swimwear is final sale.

All returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached and original packing slip included.
WRAY does not offer price adjustments.
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. WRAY suggests you get a receipt and a tracking number for the return from the delivery service. All return packages are the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us. WRAY is not liable for lost or damaged returns, insurance is recommended.

Returns and refunds will be processed, once received, within 5 days.

 

EXCHANGES:

To initiate an exchange contact us at info@wray.nyc with your order number.
 
We will accept your exchange if mailed within 10 days of delivery.
All items are eligible for one exchange.
Please contact WRAY with questions and to place your exchange item on hold.
Once we receive your exchange item, we will ship your requested item.
The cost of returning the item to WRAY is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
 
Exchanges will be processed, once received, within 5 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any Customs charges or delivery delays. WRAY is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is unclaimed, you may have to pay a handling fee.
 
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, WRAY reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
