Returns + Exchanges

Full-priced items are eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Items purchased with a discount code, promo code, or on sale, are only eligible to be returned for store credit or an exchange.

Please note that pieces purchased with the EARLYACCESS discount code are only eligible to be returned for store credit or exchange. They are not eligible to be returned for a refund.

Exception: Full-priced items purchased with the Welcome discount code are eligible for a refund.

Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Any piece that is 50% off or more after all discounts is FINAL SALE. Final sale items are not eligible for store credit, exchange, refunds, or exceptions.

We are not able to offer price adjustments on purchased items.

All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of your order date.

All items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original slider bag packaging along with the order packing slip. A re-stocking fee will be applied if these conditions are not met.

All items purchased must be returned through our Returns Platform.

There is a $4.99 return processing fee applied to all returns.

We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason or charge a restocking/cleaning fee.

We cannot accept returns shipped outside of our return platform.

Any stylist/press purchase is not eligible for return unless you go through lindsey@lindsey.media and sign our press pull form. Any stylist or pull that circumvents this process will not eligible for return.

For Exchange select: "Exchange for something similar"
For Store Credit select: "Refund for Store Credit"
For a Refund select: "Refund to original payment method"

If the refund option is not available, your return is not eligible for a refund.
