All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of your order date.
All items must be unworn, with tags attached and in their original slider bag packaging. Please include your original packing slip as well. We reserve the right to refuse or charge a restocking fee to items that do not meet these criteria.
Items returned without their original slider bag and packaging are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Items returned in less than new condition are subject to dry cleaning fees.

Items that are bought as a bundle are also eligible for a full refund, as well as orders made by first-time customers who used the code provided when they signed up for our newsletter.
Sale items are eligible for store credit or an exchange ONLY.

Full-priced items purchased with ANY promo or discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange ONLY.
Sale items purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange ONLY.
Sample sale, one of a kind and deeply discounted items are final sale. They will be clearly marked on the product page as “final sale.”
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any Customs charges or delivery delays. WRAY is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is unclaimed, you may have to pay a handling fee.
For packages that are refused or not claimed within 14 days, WRAY, reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
