All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of your order date.

Any orders made during the holiday season, November 19th-January 1st, have an extended return window of 60 days.

All items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original slider bag packaging along with the order packing slip. All returns must be processed through our Returns Platform. We are not able to accommodate in-person returns, exchanges, pick-ups, visits, or try-ons. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking/cleaning fee to items that do not meet these criteria.

Please note: sale items or items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for a refund and are only eligible for store credit or an exchange. Orders placed with our welcome code or bundle discounts are the exception. Please visit and enter your order number and zipcode. Select which item(s) you'd like to exchange/return as well as your reason for returning, then choose from one of the following options: 

If you'd like to exchange sizes: Select "Exchange" ⮕ then choose your size
OR if you'd like to receive store credit: Select "Return".
Instant credit is issued when you submit your return and can be used immediately.
Store credit never expires. 
OR if you'd like a different item: Select "Find Something New" ⮕ "Shop All" ⮕ and choose which item you'd like to exchange for.

A return label and packing slip are provided together for you on the Return Summary Page. Please print the return label and packing slip and mail the return back before the date provided with the packing slip inside the return package.

Select which item(s) you'd like to return as well as your reason for returning. If you'd like to return for a refund, select the "Return" option. Please note that a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return at our warehouse. After we process your return, it may take your bank 4-10 business days for the refund to show up in your account. 

If you are returning internationally, please note that we are not able to provide a return shipping label. Please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any Customs charges or delivery delays. Tracking information is required. Please provide tracking details as soon as possible. WRAY is not responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
