Full-priced items are eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Items purchased with a discount code, promo code, or on sale, are only eligible to be returned for store credit or an exchange.
Exception: Full-priced items purchased with the Welcome discount code are eligible for a refund.
All return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of your order date.
All items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original slider bag packaging along with the order packing slip.
All returns must be processed through our Returns Platform. We are not able to accommodate in-person returns, exchanges, pick-ups, visits, or try-ons.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking/cleaning fee.
We cannot accept returns shipped outside of our return platform.
