Our Peru facility has been assessed and approved based on the specific requirements of Fair Trade Good Practices (FTGP). They offer a multitude of workshops for employees, such as work training, legal counseling, meditation and stress, and communication and teamwork developing.

 This factory implements all Fair Trade protocols, has organized meetings with suppliers and sub-contractors to teach them about Fair Trade Principles and how they can adopt them in their factories. All polybags used are biodegradable, and all workers are encouraged to use sustainable habits, such as reducing the use of paper and water and shutting the lights off during lunch time.
