Is it easy to return or exchange items?

You know it! Start your return process here. Once your return or exchange has been authorized, you will receive simple step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. 

What items are returnable / exchangeable?

We will gladly accept unworn and unwashed items purchased at full price in the last 30 days. 

What items are not returnable / exchangeable?

Items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Neither are gift cards.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date & we will make it right.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return items are received by WRAY, a refund is typically issued in about 10 business days.

 

RETURNS:

WRAY will accept your full priced item return if mailed within 30 days of purchase.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Exchanges are final sale. Swimwear is final sale.

All returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached and original packing slip included.
WRAY does not offer price adjustments.
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. WRAY suggests you get a receipt and a tracking number for the return from the delivery service. All return packages are the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us. WRAY is not liable for lost or damaged returns, insurance is recommended.

Returns and refunds will be processed, once received, within 10 days.

 

EXCHANGES:

To initiate an exchange contact us at info@wray.nyc with your order number.
 
We will accept your exchange if mailed within 30 days of purchase.
All items are eligible for one exchange.
Please contact WRAY with questions and to place your exchange item on hold.
Once we receive your exchange item, we will ship your requested item.
The cost of returning the item to WRAY is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
 
Exchanges will be processed, once received, within 10 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any Customs charges or delivery delays. WRAY is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is unclaimed, you may have to pay a handling fee.
 
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, WRAY reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

SAMPLE SALE:

All sample sale items are final sale. Discount codes do not apply. Discounts can not be applied retroactively.
